/Fat bombs. If you grew up when I did or before, the idea of eating something called a "Fat Bomb" probably scares the bajeebers out of you. After all... we were taught to eat low fat at all cost. Low fat cheese, meats, soups, even low fat cookies were fine, just keep it low fat.
And then we learn, and we evolve... and we realize that we actually need healthy fats in our diet. At first, it may be difficult... we've learned how to avoid fats at all cost, so adding them in is not only a mental challenge, but we have to relearn what healthy fats are.

Halloween candy. Ugh.
Truth is, I don’t even like it. Maybe it’s because I have re-trained my taste buds to enjoy better quality food or maybe it’s because I know what’s in the candy and how it impacts my body (headaches & breakouts anyone?).
But there it sat, staring at me.
I knew it wasn't worth it. Sure, I love peanut butter and chocolate together. So Reese’s are a temptation. But truth is, the dark chocolate peanut butter cups from Trader Joe’s and Justin‘s peanut butter cups are better than Reese’s.
